The primary purpose of this website is to highlight the crucial importance of truly knowing the one true God whose name is Yahweh, and His Son Jesus Christ. For the majority of Christians there seems to be a real shortfall in their true knowledge of God, and yet the whole of Scripture points to the importance of knowing Him; in the sense of personal relationship knowledge.

Throughout the majority of my life since my teenage years, God has clearly drawn my attention to the importance of knowing Him. And in spite of my inconsistency in seeking God for this purpose, God very graciously drew me back, time and again, to the place of making it a priority to seek Him more diligently.

It became very clear to me through this journey that God was highlighting the importance of building my personal relationship with Him – of knowing His heart and His purposes for the lives of all who belong to Him through faith in Jesus Christ. I also felt that the Lord was compelling me to put into writing what I had learnt; and would keep on learning as I continued to diligently seek Him with all my heart.

So I got into writing many notes on the subjects to which the Lord was drawing my attention, along with the relevant scriptures. Then in 2015, when my wife and I were on a missionary vocation in Uganda for three years, I began to compose what was the beginning of a series of booklets focused on the importance of truly knowing God and His purposes for humanity.

From an intellectual perspective it's not been an easy task, but I have learnt to rely heavily on the Holy Spirit to guide me along the path, and He has certainly done so.

One of the key things I have learned in my journey, is that God has given us His Word – the Bible – for the primary purpose of revealing Himself, and His purposes for humanity.

The first booklet is titled 'The Most Important Thing in Life – Knowing God'; and is followed by a series of three booklets under the title 'What an Awesome God We Have'; and then a series under 'God's Purposes for Humanity'. All these booklets are listed under the menu item 'Knowing God Booklets', and are freely available for you to download.

In addition to these booklets, I have also written a number of articles on a variety of subjects which are applicable to the believers walk with the Lord. These are all listed under the menu item 'Other Articles', and are available for reading online, or for freely downloading and printing your own copies; with the condition that no alterations are made without prior consent from the author – and that's me!
